Chef Jenny's Story
Jenny's story begins back in 2004 when she made peppermint bark for her class at school. Her best friend exclaimed how good it was and suggested a cooking career. It was then that Jenny's future was decided! Jenny studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY for her 4 year Baking/Pastry and Business degrees.
Since then, she has worked at a couple of 5 star, 5 diamond hotels' pastry kitchens. She has also been a Specialty Cake Decorator, a Catering Specialist, and a Kitchen Manager. Now she owns Confectious Creations and loves every moment.
When Jenny is not baking, she is enjoying life with her family. We like going to town events, we love Christmas, family time, and exploring new places in our home state of North Carolina.
